Brooke assists property owners and developers in their acquisition, development and disposition of a variety of asset types. She is experienced in facilitating complex commercial transactions involving office, retail and industrials properties. Brooke is licensed in Texas, where she practiced law for several years before relocating to Denver. Prior to joining FBT, she worked in the hospitality, multifamily and retail spaces where she gained a deep industry knowledge that helps her better understand and serve the needs of her clients.
