Biography

Beth is an accomplished General Counsel with over two decades of experience in real estate and commercial finance. Beth’s real estate practice spans all aspects of complex transactions — from leading negotiations, to structuring, drafting, and closing high-value acquisitions, dispositions and AIA design-build construction contracts.  In her finance practice, Beth advises clients on commercial and asset-based lending securitization, and structured finance, collaborating closely with finance teams on budgets, forecasts, and financial covenants.

Prior to joining FBT, she served as General Counsel for a national real estate investment company where she oversaw legal operations, enterprise risk management, contracts, ethics and compliance, political lobbying and government relations. In this role, she oversaw legal operations across a portfolio of over 100 downtown parking facilities, 16 off-airport locations, and 2 million square feet of warehouse space.

Beth is a trusted advisor and strategic leader with a strong focus on risk analysis and the creation of strategies and solutions that enhance profitability and mitigate exposure. Her core competencies include risk and crisis management, stakeholder collaboration, regulatory compliance and sophisticated negotiation.
