Biography

Austin serves as an Associate within the Business Litigation Practice Group. During his 2L Summer Associateship with FBT, Austin drafted discovery requests, worked on motions, and carried out various research assignments for the practice group.

Austin also has experience as a Summer Law Clerk and was actively involved in defending design professionals in construction cases.  Austin’s hands-on approach extended to attending depositions, analyzing transcripts, and preparing comprehensive deposition summaries, showcasing his dedication to the legal field. 

Prior to his legal pursuits, Austin ventured into the creative realm as a Digital Retoucher at Parallel Milano in Milan, Italy and an Associate Photographer and Creative Executive at 838 Media Group in Los Angeles.
