Biography

Austin is an associate at Frost Brown Todd, specializing in business litigation. Before joining the firm, he gained valuable experience at a regional defense firm, focusing on construction defect litigation and insurance defense. A native of Union, KY, Austin earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law in 2023. During his time in law school, he was an active member of both the Moot Court and Trial Advocacy Board. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and management from the University of Kentucky. Outside of his professional life, Austin enjoys spending quality time with his family, cheering on the Cincinnati Bengals and Kentucky Wildcats, and playing golf.
