Biography

Andrew is an Associate at FBT and focuses his practice on intellectual property matters, including the protection and enforcement of trademarks and copyright rights. He manages matters associated with domestic and foreign trademark portfolios for clients ranging from Fortune 100 companies to individual entrepreneurs including counseling on trademark selection, clearance, and global strategy; filing and prosecuting new applications; maintaining existing registrations; and handling matters before the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.

Prior to joining FBT, Andrew worked as a trademark paralegal for over seven years, assisting clients with a broad range of trademark issues. This prior experience provided him with a strong foundation in trademark law, enabling him to bring a unique, multidisciplinary approach to his legal practice. Andrew also previously served in the United States Army.
