Ana is a member of the firm’s Private Equity and Venture group, where she supports clients across a range of transactional matters. She brings a strong foundation in legal research, writing, and editorial leadership, having served as Senior Articles Editor on Board 62 of the Houston Law Review. During law school at the University of Houston Law Center, Ana was also a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant, and was inducted into the National Order of Scribes in recognition of her excellence in legal writing.
She earned her B.S. in Political Science with a Minor in Economics from Texas A&M University, graduating magna cum laude. Ana’s academic background and hands-on experience position her to deliver thoughtful, detail-oriented counsel to clients navigating complex investment and growth strategies.
