Ali’s experience spans corporate governance litigation (shareholder/director disputes, fiduciary duty liability, business divorces), contract disputes, business torts, unfair competition litigation (trade secrets, non-competes, non-disclosure agreements), real estate litigation, transportation and logistics, banking and financial disputes, trust and estate litigation, and other areas of complex commercial litigation.
Ali has successfully tried bench and jury trials and evidentiary hearings in both state and federal courts across Ohio and in Michigan, Florida, New Jersey, and New York. He has also argued motions and appellate cases before state and federal judges in numerous other jurisdictions, demonstrating his ability to advocate effectively at every level of the judicial system.
