Biography

Alexis focuses her practice on commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) transactions, where she represents institutional lenders in complex real estate transactions. She earned her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. While in law school, she was a member of the Moot Court Honor Board and served as an editor for the Immigration and Human Rights Law Review. Prior to law school, she earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Miami University.
