Albert practices in the corporate area experienced in counseling small and closely held businesses. He has been involved in shareholder tax and estate tax planning.  Albert has also been involved in acquisitions and sales of businesses and structuring and obtaining financing for closely held companies. He has also been involved in representing venture capital funds and companies seeking venture capital financing.
