Biography

Colby is a litigation attorney with experience advocating for his clients in both State and Federal Court. Through his aggressive, yet measured approach, Colby has achieved favorable results for clients on both the plaintiff and defense side of complex commercial cases. Colby understands the uniqueness of each case, and therefore, takes the time to develop a strategy that meets the particular client’s litigation goals and business needs. Colby received his juris doctorate, cum laude, from SMU Dedman School of Law.

He graduated cum laude from Ole Miss, with a B.A. in both Classics and Economics. Prior to joining Frost Brown Todd, Colby served as an attorney for two well-known Dallas trial firms, where he represented individuals and companies in a variety of complicated commercial litigation matters.
