Adds to office’s growing energy transaction practice
Transactional attorney Adrienne Bond has joined Frost Brown Todd’s (FBT) Houston office as a Partner. Her seasoned practice focuses on the energy industry. She represents clients in the exploration and production business, oilfield service companies, as well as the formation and equity financing of real estate, service businesses, digital start-up organizations and entrepreneurs. She’s worked in both private practice and in-house as general counsel.

Adrienne is well-known for her involvement in educating others. She is a frequent author and lecturer on corporate and securities law for the Texas State Bar and has served as an Adjunct Professor of Corporate Law and Securities Law at the University of Houston Law Center. She is a past President of the Women’s Finance Exchange and has been a member of numerous State Bar of Texas’ committees.
A graduate of Columbia School of Law and Rice University with a degree in economics, Bond is also a member of the Limited Liability Company, Partnership and Unincorporated Entity Committee, the Mergers and Acquisitions Committee and the Private Equity Venture Capital Committee of the American Bar Association. In 2017, she was named in Houston’s 50 Most Influential Women by Houston Woman Magazine.
