Recognizes commitment to diversity and inclusion
Frost Brown Todd’s (FBT) dedication to building diversity and inclusion in the legal industry was honored by the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD). The organization named FBT a 2021 Top Performer and Compass Award winner. The Top Performer designation recognizes member organizations that are the most active in their support of LCLD’s mission, including speaking at LCLD events and participating in its Success in Law School Mentoring Program.
The Compass Award is given to law firms who regularly participate in LCLD’s annual meeting and participated in LCLD Fellows, Pathfinder and Pipeline Programs.
“LCLD has been a vital part of our continuing efforts to always improve on our commitment to diversity and inclusion at FBT,” said Diversity and Inclusion Committee Chair Kimera Hall. “Since 2012 we’ve had 14 attorneys from FBT participate in various LCLD professional programs. We have seen an impact in the participants’ work and involvement both internally and externally. We are honored to be a part of these amazing programs.”
The Compass Award was first established in 2018. This year, FBT was among 60 corporations and law firms who earned both the Top Performer and Compass designations.
