Frost Brown Todd has added attorneys Anne Wang and Lauren Schneider as partners in its Intellectual Property Practice Group in the firm’s Los Angeles office.

With nearly 35 years of experience in intellectual property law, Wang specializes in crafting and managing patent portfolios in the mechanical, electromechanical, and electrical systems fields, including for optical lasers and computer graphics, as well as apparel, cosmetics, toys and musical instruments. Leveraging her strong background in physics, Wang also has particular familiarity with medical devices, interferometers, electro-mechanical devices, amusement park rides, and gas sensors and detectors. Over the course of her career, she has worked on a range of trademark matters, patent prosecutions, infringement actions, enforcement and licensing programs, and due diligence analysis.
With over 20 years of experience, Schneider focuses her practice on U.S. and international patent procurement, portfolio development, and licensing and monetization, advising a variety of clients ranging from small corporations to major research institutions in a diverse range of technical fields, including life sciences, chemistry, materials science, optics and mechanics. She has extensive experience in pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, food science, polymer chemistry, battery technology and chemistry, thin film chemistry such as optical films and adhesives, medical devices, OLEDs and OLED chemistry, and optics.
