Frost Brown Todd represents a wireless provider, with nearly $2 Billion in annual revenue, and the nation’s largest provider of pre-paid wireless services. We currently represent the provider in the U. S. District Court for the Western District of Kentucky in a commercial dispute with the Commonwealth of Kentucky over the remitting of E-911 surcharges. The client has asserted a counterclaim for the unlawful dissemination of its proprietary information. We also represent the client in on-going regulatory matters before the Kentucky Public Service Commission. In addition, we represent the client in similar litigation in Indiana state court, as well as in on-going regulatory matters before the Indiana Utilities Regulatory Commission. We also have advised the client with respect to potential litigation in Ohio and Tennessee, and may be called upon for potential litigation in Illinois and Virginia.
