Frost Brown Todd (FBT) is pleased to welcome Jacqueline (Jacque) Martin as the firm’s new Chief Business Development Officer.
Based in FBT’s Houston office, Martin will lead the firm’s business development, marketing, and communications efforts.

Frost Brown Todd is industry- and client-focused, and Jacque has demonstrated a unique ability to anticipate client and industry needs over the course of her career. We’re excited to welcome her to the team,” said FBT Chairman Robert Sartin.
With over 20 years of law firm experience, Martin brings not only a wealth of marketing expertise, but also a strong understanding of the business of law, having worked across a variety of practice groups, industry teams, and geographies. In her most recent role as head of Marketing and Business Development at a national energy law firm, she led marketing, business development, and sales efforts in support of the firm’s strategic goals and aggressive growth strategy. Her accomplishments include a successful firm rebrand, the launch of internal training programs, and building out a business development team.
Martin said she was drawn to FBT by the firm’s strong management team and future-focused strategy. “There continues to be a significant amount of change and innovation in the legal services market. I find that to be incredibly exciting and am honored to have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of strategic growth initiatives at Frost Brown Todd as the firm further expands its leading market positions,” Martin said. “I am also thrilled to be joining a high-performing team of business professionals focused on delivering exceptional value to clients,” she added.
Martin has supported the launch and expansion of offices, industry teams, training programs, and diversity and inclusion initiatives worldwide. She holds a master’s degree in law firm and professional services management from The George Washington University and completed her Bachelor of Arts in communications and political science at the University of Washington.
