The American Lawyer Industry Awards recognize outstanding achievements and contributions made by individuals, law firms, and legal departments across various practice areas and specialties. The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony on Nov. 13.
Best Business Team
For the second time in three years, FBT’s Data & Innovation team is shortlisted for the “Best Business Team” award, which recognizes business teams that have made a transformative impact on their firm’s operations and client service. In just three years, the team has redefined how FBT leverages data and technology to deliver exceptional legal service.
Best Use of Technology
The firm is also a finalist for the “Best Use of Technology” award for its custom-built, GenAI-powered client-matching algorithm. The tool empowers FBT’s Data & Innovation team, business professionals, and attorneys to quickly identify client entities to effectively clear conflicts, assess risk, engage prospects, and enhance client service. With a user-friendly interface and seamless integration into the firm’s data lake, the platform has matched over 1.6 million entities and enabled real-time insights that save days of manual work.
