Frost Brown Todd (FBT) has been shortlisted in four categories for the Financial Times Innovative Lawyers North America 2025 awards, which celebrate firms and individuals leading change across the legal profession, highlighting creative approaches to client service, sustainability, and operational excellence. Winners will be announced at the annual awards ceremony in New York later this year.
FBT has been named a finalist in the following categories:
- Most Innovative Law Firm in North America: Frost Brown Todd
- Innovative Lawyers in Infrastructure: FBT devises novel legal arguments that pave way for solar development in Kentucky. Led by Greg Dutton, the firm’s Kentucky-based clean energy permitting team developed novel legal arguments that opened the door for solar expansion in the state.
- Innovation in Knowledge & Data: FBT’s Data & Innovation team introduces Co360 and other data-driven innovations
- Individual Category – Legal Intrapreneur: Cindy Thurston Bare
