    Frost Brown Todd Partner Takes Leadership Role with American College of Real Estate Lawyers

Frost Brown Todd (FBT) Partner Barry Hines is taking the lead role for the national preeminent organization for real estate lawyers. Effective January 1, Hines began his first one-year term as president of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL). ACREL is an invitation-only organization that provides continuing learning credits to members that put them out front on the most substantive issues facing the commercial real estate industry.

FBT has a strong presence in ACREL. In addition to Hines, FBT partners John Cadwallader, Geoff White, Christina Sprecher, and Tim Martin are also fellows.

Founded in 1978, ACREL has a membership of more than 1,000 real estate lawyers from some of the top firms in the U.S. The members are focused on promoting the highest standards of practicing real estate law, improving the law and practice, and understanding current developments in the industry.
