“Next Generation Program” Mentors 40 Up-and-Coming Bankruptcy Professionals
Frost Brown Todd (FBT) Cincinnati Member A.J. Webb is one of only 40 Bankruptcy lawyers selected for the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges (NCBJ) “2022 Next Generation Program.” He is the first participant from FBT. The program will take place during the NCBJ annual meeting in October. Webb will attend various events to learn from and network with bankruptcy judges and practitioners from across the country.
“NCBJ’s Next Generation Program nomination process is intense, and we could not be prouder to have A.J. selected,” said FBT’s Bankruptcy and Restructuring practice group leader Doug Lutz. “We look forward to A.J. having the opportunity to learn from the top bankruptcy judges in the country.”
The NCBJ states its mission as promoting the interest of U.S. Bankruptcy judges, using their expertise to improve the administration of the bankruptcy system, and provide education and networking opportunities for the bankruptcy community.
FBT’s Bankruptcy & Restructuring practice represents parties in insolvency matters in more than 25 states across the U.S. and in significant overseas matters. Recent national engagements include the official committee of unsecured creditors appointed in the Stein Mart Stores and RGN-Group Holdings chapter 11 bankruptcy cases in Florida and Delaware.
