Frost Brown Todd (FBT) has strengthened its business litigation practice with the addition of Josh Burgener as a partner in its Nashville office. A well-respected commercial litigator, Burgener has extensive experience in the courtroom, as well as in litigation assessment and avoidance. Coupled with his strong relationships in the Nashville area, Burgener’s vast experience will help solidify FBT’s business litigation presence in Nashville and beyond.

Burgener advises clients on complex commercial and business litigation, employment disputes, class actional litigation, and real estate litigation. He also handles trade secret and non-compete suits, contract claims, legal disputes, and business torts.
