Frost Brown Todd Earns Top Score in Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s Corporate Equality Index

For the ninth consecutive year, Frost Brown Todd (FBT) has been awarded a top score on the Human Rights Campaign’s (HRC) Corporate Equality Index (CEI) for its dedication to creating an environment of LGBTQ+ inclusion and equality in the workplace. The firm is one of 545 major U.S. businesses that have earned top marks this year.

The CEI utilizes detailed criteria falling under four central pillars to determine scores. These pillars include non-discrimination policies across business entities; equitable benefits for LGBTQ+ workers and their families; supporting an inclusive culture; and corporate social responsibility.

“Earning this recognition from HRC confirms we are on track when it comes to the rights of the LGBTQ+ community,” said FBT Partner Ryan Goellner, who leads the firm’s LGBTQ+ affinity group, Pride@FBT. “We are always looking to improve on those efforts, and the guidance HRC provides gives us the insight to do that.”

The U.S. companies rated in the CEI include Fortune magazine’s 500 largest publicly traded businesses, AmLaw 200 firms, and hundreds of publicly and privately held mid- to large-sized businesses.
