Jared Tully is the vice chair of FBT’s Business Litigation Practice Group and serves as team leader for the Community and Regional Bank team. He routinely represents clients in complex business disputes. In addition to bank and finance clients, Jared regularly represents clients in the technology, energy, and private equity industries. He has extensive experience helping clients solve complex business problems and works to help them achieve their litigation and business goals.
William Swann represents a variety of clients in the health care, energy, telecommunications, beverage, and gaming industries before the West Virginia legislature. His deep understanding of the legislative process, combined with his strong relationships with key members of the House and Senate, help him achieve successful outcomes for his clients. Swann provides a holistic approach to addressing complex government relations issues by leveraging political capital, developing and executing client strategies, and understanding the interplay between governmental bodies. When not advocating before the West Virginia legislature or state boards and agencies, he works as a managing associate handling government procurement protests and civil litigation.
