Frost Brown Todd (FBT) advised Avaz Inc., a global assistive-technology company known for its multilingual, design-forward augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) app, in its definitive agreement to be acquired by PRC‑Saltillo, global leader in providing AAC technology to individuals with complex communication disorders. The acquisition positions Avaz as a wholly owned subsidiary of PRC-Saltillo, expanding PRC-Saltillo’s portfolio of AAC solutions and strengthening its global reach, including service capabilities across India and Southeast Asia.
