Frost Brown Todd (FBT) has hired Adam Dietrich as an associate to serve in the firm’s Nashville office and Business Litigation practice group. Dietrich represents plaintiffs and defendants in general business and commercial litigation matters, such as breach of contract, tortious interference, misappropriation of trade secrets and creditor-debtor claims. His practice includes defending clients in insurance coverage disputes and bad faith claims.
Before joining Frost Brown Todd, Dietrich represented a variety of organizations – from large corporations to small businesses and governmental entities – in civil litigation, primarily involving construction defects, workers’ compensation and commercial premises. He has successfully handled claims in all phases of litigation, from drafting and responding to initial complaints, to arguing for summary judgment and assisting in trials before judges and juries at both the state and federal level.
Dietrich, a Nashville native, earned his J.D. from the University of Tennessee, where he served as editor of the Tennessee Law Review and the Tennessee Journal of Business Law. He also received a B.S.B.A. in finance and political science from UT.
FBT’s Nashville team of attorneys and legal staff has a wide range of knowledge and skills and is led by member-in-charge Mekesha Montgomery. The group has specialized industry experience representing clients in the automotive, government relations, payments industry, financial institutions, technology and international sectors.
