Will serve as FBT Partner and CivicPoint Principal
Litigation Partner Uttam Dhillon is the newest member of Frost Brown Todd’s (FBT) Washington D.C. office, where he will also act as a Principal with the firm’s public affairs subsidiary CivicPoint. He brings more than 30 years of experience in legislative and regulatory oversight, government investigations, and white-collar defense. He has previously served in several high-profile positions, including Deputy White House Counsel and Deputy Assistant to the President, the Acting Administrator of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and the Director of INTERPOL in Washington, D.C. He also worked as a commercial litigator for several national law firms.

Dhillon is a 1987 graduate of UC Berkeley School of Law and is a member of the bars of California, the District of Columbia, and Texas.
