    Finance and Energy Consultant Peter McKenzie Joins Frost Brown Todd in Dallas Office

Frost Brown Todd (FBT) announced today that Peter McKenzie has joined the firm as a Managing Director in its Dallas office. With deep experience in the private equity and energy industries, McKenzie works as a consultant with companies to develop and deploy professionals to drive successful business outcomes.

McKenzie has 30+ years of experience with operations and corporate strategy across marketing, business development, shared services, project management and IT transformation. Over his career, he has worked with Fortune 500 companies and industry leaders, including Vistra Energy and Cogentrix Energy Power Management. Throughout his career, McKenzie has had the ability to assist Companies and entrepreneurs in identifying their issue and bringing the right resources to the table to successfully solve the business problem.

Prior to joining FBT, McKenzie led the Business Development Practice within FTI Consulting’s corporate finance sector, working closely with the private equity sector to assist with pre- and post-transaction integration and due diligence. He also served as Vice President and Energy Industry Leader at Expert Global Solutions, later sold to customer experience solutions company Alorica Inc. He has held senior positions at IBM, Dell Services, HP Services and EDS Corporation. The George H.W. Bush administration appointed him to serve in the Overseas Private Investment Corporation.
