Frost Brown Todd represents Duke Kentucky LLC, a subsidiary of DukeEnergy Inc in two appeals from judicial decisions overturning decisions in favor of Duke by the Kentucky Public Service Commission. Both decisions involved approval by the PSC toriders to Duke’s tariff.
