Defense of Owner – Contractor Claims

Defense of Owner (a local township) in Hamilton County Common Pleas Court.  Case involved claim that Contractor was due additional funds for extra work, while the Owner claimed that the Contractor delayed completion of the work and was thus exposed to Liquidate Damages.  Various motions were successfully decided that led to a settlement whereby the Owner paid less than the funds that were allocated for the completion of the work.
