Frost Brown Todd (FBT) continues to grow its litigation practice with the addition of Aaron Brogdon. Brogdon will serve as a Member at the firm’s Columbus, OH office. A seasoned business litigator, Brogdon’s practice includes general commercial litigation, product liability, toxic and mass tort, and healthcare litigation. A member of both the Ohio and Utah bar associations, he received his Law degree from Brigham Young University and attended Grove City College for his undergraduate degree.
Brogdon has successfully represented numerous business clients including a software company in trade secret claims, product liability matters for pharmaceutical and automotive components manufacturers and various matters for a chemical company. He has tried cases before the Sixth and Tenth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals along with several District of Ohio and Utah U.S. District Courts.
