Biography

Grayson Buttler is an Associate in FBT’s Product, Tort, & Insurance Litigation practice group. Prior to joining Frost Brown Todd, Grayson was a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Gregory F. Van Tatenhove, United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Kentucky. While clerking, Grayson gained significant legal research and writing experience, insight into the judicial process, and an understanding of the life of a case from beginning to end. He has previously interned for the Honorable John K. Bush, United States Court of Appeals Judge for the Sixth Circuit.

Grayson attended the University of Virginia School of Law, where he graduated in the top 10% of his class. While at UVA, Grayson was involved in Moot Court, the Virginia Journal of Law and Technology, and served as a Legal Writing Fellow. For his undergraduate degree, Grayson attended the University of Louisville where he graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Political Science, and a minor in History. At UofL, Grayson was a member of the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity and participated heavily in their philanthropic programs.
