Frost Brown Todd (FBT) welcomes Senior Associate William (Will) Swann who will join the business litigation team and serve as a Vice President of CivicPoint, LLC. A graduate of both the West Virginia University College of Law and WVU College of Business and Economics, Swann has successfully advised a variety of clients before the West Virginia legislature. Whether representing a national cell service provider seeking streamlined 5G small cell deployment or a managed health care organization assisting West Virginiaโ€™s foster care system, Swann uses his knowledge of the political process and players to achieve successful outcomes. Swann also brings experience serving on the staffs of state and national politicians of both major parties.ย  ย He will work out of FBTโ€™s Charleston office.
