Several attorneys from Frost Brown Todd’s Real Estate and Environmental Practice Groups were featured speakers on a variety of topics at the International Council of Shopping Center’s (ICSC) “Retail Development & Law Symposium,” held in Columbus, OH, on February 27 and 28. Covering the OH, KY, IN, MI, and PA regions, the ICSC Symposium brings together leading legal counsel, financial advisors, and other industry stakeholders for an in-depth discussion of retail development trends, challenges, and emerging opportunities.

Christina (Chris) Sprecher*, who leads the firm’s Real Estate Practice, served as co-chair of the planning committee for the ICSC Symposium and also moderated this year’s keynote presentation, “If All Bets Are Off, Where Do We Go from Here,” with Michael Glimcher, CEO of Starwood Retail Partners. Chris and her team have built a strong reputation in retail and shopping center development, leveraging their deep understanding of the industry into meaningful programming for conference attendees.
