Biography

Zachary joined Frost Brown Todd in January 2025 as an Associate within the Commercial Finance Practice Group, where he specializes in commercial and real estate lending transactions. His experience includes representing lenders and investors in various commercial finance transactions, such as structured finance, construction loans, interest rate swaps, and deals involving low-income housing tax credits and historic rehabilitation tax credits.

In addition, Zachary has experience in general corporate matters, including securities registration, business formation, and drafting and negotiating purchase agreements. Before joining Frost Brown Todd, he gained valuable experience as a legal extern for the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis, where he focused on bank regulation and monetary policy.

Zachary earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota Law School. During law school, he served as a student director for the Business Law Clinic and was a member of the Environmental Law Moot Court.

Outside of work, Zachary is passionate about martial arts, regularly training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), Boxing, and Muay Thai. He is also a car enthusiast who enjoys discussing all things automotive.
