Tamara’s real estate practice focuses on joint ventures and real estate investment trusts. She has more than a decade of broad, transactional experience developed in large, global firms and legal boutiques. She has spent over six years advising clients on tax and real estate transactional matters and assisted private equity firms, real estate funds, real estate investment trusts and other clients with fund formations, mergers and acquisitions and securities transactions. Tamara also has experience providing external general counsel services for a public company in the healthcare industry and private, emerging SaaS companies in ordinary course events.

Represented hotel owners and operators in the sale, acquisition, development, financing, ownership, and management of hotel and resort properties.
Represented a Chicago developer in the financing and development of a student housing facility.
Represented a public company operating in the healthcare industry and private, emerging SaaS companies in ordinary course events including the development of a form library and standard playbook, and privacy and HIPAA compliance matters.
