Biography

Robert has over 30 years of litigation experience in state and federal courts and administrative agencies. In addition to representing clients in litigation and appeals involving contracts and commercial disputes, utility law, employment disputes, corporate governance, securities brokerage, real estate, and probate, Robert also advises privately held businesses in their organizational, contracting and governance matters, as well as business disposition and acquisition transactions.

Robert’s clients have included:

  • securities broker dealers and associate persons
  • suppliers of electric, gas, water, sewer and telecommunication utility services
  • distributors of computers and software
  • manufacturers of steel, automotive parts, medical devices and tools
  • local governmental entities
  • commercial baking companies
  • suppliers of agricultural products
  • real estate developers
  • insurance companies
