Biography

Olivia is an associate in the Government Services practice group and a member of the Privacy and Data Security team. She focuses her practice in the areas of litigation, privacy and data security (including state and federal consumer protection and privacy laws, health privacy, artificial intelligence, GDPR and other global privacy laws). Her substantive expertise includes advising clients on the impact of state, federal, and global privacy information security laws, as well as best practices.

Prior to joining FBT, Olivia worked at the firm as a summer associate in Cincinnati in 2017, and in the firm’s West Chester office as a summer associate in 2018. During her time in law school, Olivia was the Executive Editor for the Ohio State Business Law Journal. Her published Note: How to Win in the Court of Law and the Court of Public Opinion Amid a Corporate Crisis (2018), was selected as the Student Note of the Year by her peers and professors.
