Nicole is a senior associate attorney in the Tax Benefits, and Estates practice group, focusing primarily in the areas of gift and estate tax planning and federal individual and corporate tax planning.

Nicole’s estate and gift tax planning experience involves estate and trust administration, asset transfer planning, business succession planning, and various types of charitable planning vehicles. She also has experience in the drafting and implementation of Wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, private settlement agreements to modify trusts, limited liability companies (LLCs) and other types of gift and estate planning instruments. On the federal tax planning matters, she frequently advises on tax issues throughout the full lifecycle of business entities, including C corporations, S corporations, partnerships, and LLCs.

Prior to joining Frost Brown Todd, Nicole worked at national wealth management institutions, including Bank of America Private Bank. Drawing on her experience working with the high-net-worth clients and business owners at financial institutions, she provides comprehensive tax planning services on income, estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer taxation planning with the focus on quantitative analysis. Nicole is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Washington.

Nicole earned her LL.M. degree in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center. Prior to receiving her LL.M., Nicole attended Seattle University School of Law, where she served as Staff Editor of Seattle Journal for Social Justice and the President of Korean American Law Students Association. Before law school, Nicole graduated from Carleton University, Highest Honors, with a major in Law, Concentration in Business Law, and minor in Business.

Nicole is admitted to practice law in Washington only, and will practice under the supervision of Kentucky Bar members until her admission in Kentucky is complete.
