Biography

Nancy is a graduate of the University of Kentucky, where she earned both her B.A. in English in 1984 and her J.D. in 1987. Prior to coming to Frost Brown Todd, she served as clerk to Kentucky’s former Chief Justice, Robert F. Stephens. Immediately thereafter, she spent seven years representing Westinghouse Electric Corporation in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, focusing upon multi-district insurance coverage litigation and complex discovery and document management issues. Now, Nancy focuses her practice on commercial transportation litigation, insurance coverage litigation, and equine law.

Nancy has tried a variety of cases to verdict, both State and Federal Courts in Kentucky and elsewhere in the United States.
