Adam represents plaintiffs and defendants in a wide-range of general business and commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract, tortious interference, misappropriation of trade secrets, premises liability and creditor-debtor claims. Adam has experience representing original equipment manufacturers in disputes with distressed automotive suppliers, as well as defending insurance companies in coverage disputes and bad faith claims.
Adam has successfully handled claims in all phases of litigation, from drafting and responding to initial complaints, arguing for summary judgment and assisting in trials before judges and juries at both the state and federal level.
Adam regularly represents general contractors and trade and specialty contractors in matters involving mechanics’ liens and payment disputes, bond and insurance claims and construction defect litigation.
