Kristen practices in the Louisville office where she is a member of the Commercial Finance Practice Group representing developers and investors in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, particularly in the areas of affordable housing and historic preservation, which transactions utilize federal and state low-income housing tax credits, federal and state historic rehabilitation tax credits, energy tax credits, tax-exempt bonds and local financing. In addition to her corporate and commercial real estate practice, Kristen has significant experience with employment discrimination litigation. Kristen also spent time with the Jefferson County Circuit Court, where she was a Staff Attorney. During this time she was involved with drafting, reviewing and implementing federal and state laws, documents, policies and procedures for the Tenth Division.
Kristen earned her law degree from the University of Cincinnati, College of Law in 2019. Before law school, Kristen earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Sports Administration from the University of Louisville.
