Biography

Joe Brammer’s practice focuses primarily on commercial lending and real estate finance representation.  He assists clients in a wide variety of transactions including loan syndications, asset-based and cash flow financings as well as real estate acquisition and development transactions.  Joe’s experience involves both community bank and middle-market loan representation where he draws heavily upon his prior experience as a commercial lender and credit analyst for several community banks in the Greater Cincinnati area.

In addition to assisting clients in negotiating and documenting loan transactions, Joe’s practice also includes general corporate matters, including entity formation, contract review, and corporate governance.  Joe additionally represents clients with more sophisticated needs, such as structuring New Markets Tax Credit transactions and acquiring early-stage financing.  Joe leverages his experience with real estate and blockchain technologies to assist start-ups and emerging growth companies with developing and executing strategies to enter the market, also relying on his previous experience owning a start-up in Cincinnati.

Prior to banking, Joe served in the United States Marine Corps where he twice deployed to Iraq, participating in field artillery and convoy security operations.
