John is a member of the firm’s Business Combinations & Capital Transactions practice group and a member of the Mobility & Transportation industry team, serving on the Automotive Pit Crew. John has worked in the legal department of a major automotive OEM since 2012, currently on assignment several days a week from Frost Brown Todd at the OEM’s Michigan R&D facilities.
John advises his clients, including business executives, scientists, researchers and engineers, on diverse legal matters. John’s primary focus is technology and mobility, while also providing his clients legal guidance on topics related to commercial transactions, supply chain, data privacy, data security, intellectual property, export control, environmental, employment, real estate and regulatory matters. John also serves as a member of the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee.
Helped to lead development of a major automotive OEM standard terms and conditions design language, and updating internal corporate processes related to implementation.
Led the legal and business teams from a major automotive OEM in creating a multi-million-dollar facility rental program.
Developed training materials for live and online legal training and implemented company-wide process for execution and tracking at a major automotive OEM.
