Biography

Faith has experience in litigation matters involving breach of service agreements, breach of contracts, and wrongful termination of service agreements, and has also assisted clients in collecting on locum tenens agreements. Her health care experience includes representing doctors against insurance companies for failure to pay for covered services, as well as advising physician clients on employment related issues such as disciplinary matters, privilege retention, non-compete agreements, and negotiating release from employment contracts.

She has represented large and small airline companies and aviation repair stations in litigation involving products liability, negligence, breach of duty, and personal injury. She assists her clients in making key decisions regarding liability and potential damage exposure. Prior to practicing law, she was a probation officer for Oklahoma County. During her time in law school, Faith clerked for a civil litigation firm in San Antonio, Texas and worked for the San Antonio Criminal Defense Lawyer’s Association.
