Ellis focuses primarily on administrative law matters, including rulemaking proceedings, regulatory filings, administrative hearings and appeals, and direct litigation against administrative agencies.  Ellis also has experience advising clients on regulatory compliance issues, particularly in the expanding field of service contracts and extended warranties.  Ellis is a graduate of Transylvania University in Lexington, Kentucky and obtained his J.D. from Tulane University Law School in New Orleans.  Prior to joining Frost Brown Todd, he practiced in the Pacific Northwest for four years and continues to maintain his license to practice law in Oregon and Washington.
