Biography

Corey focuses her practice on commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) transactions, where she represents institutional lenders in complex real estate transactions. While earning her J.D., Corey held a variety of executive board and other leadership positions, including President of the Student Bar Association and Membership Chair of the Women’s Law Caucus. Also, while in law school, Corey worked as a Legal Intern at the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law Legal Clinic, where she represented clients in state court proceedings.
