Chuck has extensive experience in the acquisition, financing, construction, leasing, management and sale of office, retail and industrial properties, with particular focus on shopping centers and mixed-use projects. Chuck has also negotiated a number of leases in select foreign countries. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers; he is also a member of the Advisory Board for the Georgetown University Law Center Advanced Commercial Leasing Institute. Chuck is a former Trustee and President of the Cincinnati Preservation Association.

Represented regional telecommunications provider in leasing of over 200,000 square feet of Class A office space for consolidated corporate headquarters
Represented international customer management/support provider in sale of Class A office building in Cincinnati, Ohio and leaseback of over 150,000 square feet for use as world corporate headquarters
