Biography

Brittany is an associate in Frost Brown Todd’s Real Estate Practice Group and Multifamily Housing Industry Team with a focus on commercial real estate transactions. Brittany advises real estate developers in the purchase, construction, development and sale of multifamily and office properties. She represents borrowers in real estate financing including construction loans, permanent loans and loan assumptions.

Brittany received her juris doctor from the University of Kentucky College of Law. While in law school, Brittany served as a senior editor for the Kentucky Law Journal and was President of the Christian Legal Society.

Before law school, Brittany earned her Bachelor’s in History at the University of Kentucky, where she graduated summa cum laude. Prior to beginning her undergraduate career, Brittany worked in property management for one of the nation’s most astute multifamily investment firms.
