A significant portion of his practice also includes serving as general outside counsel to privately-held businesses and business owners in a wide-variety of industries. This includes organization of new business entities, contractual agreements and disputes, financing and employment matters, and purchases and sales of businesses and divisions. Brian also has experience in the areas of public agency and utility law, as well as estate planning and administration.
