  • Jennifer Morales Joins Frost Brown Todd’s Team of Litigators in Cincinnati

Frost Brown Todd is pleased to announce that Jennifer J. Morales has joined the firm as a member in its Cincinnati office and Business Litigation Practice Group. Morales, who earned her J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2002, litigates complex commercial disputes in state and federal court and advises clients on settlement administration, risk management, and interfacing with government agencies.

Morales also has significant experience with mass tort and class action claims resolution, the creation and administration of qualified settlement funds, and the counseling of trustees of settlement trusts and private endowments. In addition, she has worked extensively in the area of e-discovery management, implementing cost-efficient and effective strategies for clients in litigation as well as in connection with government investigations.

Morales has been included in multiple editions of Ohio Rising Stars® by Super Lawyers and was elected a YWCA Rising Star in 2006. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Harvard University, magna cum laude. While in law school in New York, she was a judicial intern for current U.S. Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor, who at the time served on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
