Frost Brown Todd Selected to Construction Executive’s Top 50 Construction Law Firms™ list for 2025

For the third consecutive year, Construction Executive has named Frost Brown Todd (FBT) to its annual ranking of The Top 50 Construction Law Firms™ in the United States.

This recognition, which appeared in the May/June issue of Construction Executive, highlights the size of, and experience within, FBT’s construction practice group, as well as the firm’s broad geographic reach serving all segments of the industry. This reach has grown over the past three years as the firm has opened offices in key Colorado and California markets.

“Appearing once again in the top 50 rankings is an honor, and it underscores our commitment to providing business-minded legal counsel to the construction industry,” said John Higgins, Construction Practice Group Leader. “At Frost Brown Todd, we’ve built our reputation on developing a thorough understanding of the challenges facing construction businesses today, while providing solutions that help our clients not just manage through but rise above those challenges. This recognition is also a testament to the strength of our team and the trusted relationships we’ve forged over many years with developers and construction firms nationwide. We’re grateful to our clients for allowing us to grow alongside them in this fast-paced and very competitive industry.”

This year’s Top 50 Construction Law Firms rankings were compiled from an extensive list of more than 600 U.S. law firms. Selection to the list was based on factors including construction practice revenue, the number of attorneys in the practice, geographic reach, the age of the practice, and the number of construction industry clients.

This is the fourth time FBT has been ranked in the top 50 by Construction Executive. FBT’s construction practice delivers comprehensive legal services ranging from public-private partnerships and contract negotiation to construction defect litigation and M&A transactions. The group remains focused on helping developers, owners, contractors, and subcontractors manage risks, protect their legal interests, and preserve their bottom line.
